We said we can help that happen but really wanted to show them that by focussing on creating a community feel within Sunsilk and by nurturing Sunsilk's unique culture they would achieve so much more. Through the interactive drumming event where every person had a drum we helped reinforce the great attitude that Sunsilk has towards their employees.
